- The instructions for performing a valve clearance have an erroneous diagram. Chap 3, page 3-17, figure 39 has the cam positions swapped. The front cams should be in position B, the rear cams in position A. In the Engine Top End chapter, the cam marking diagrams show correct alignment. I checked both diagrams against a friend's Suzuki Service Manual for the DL650. Makes me wonder what else Clymer got wrong.
- Love the clymer manuals. The Suzuki ones have been well written with good pictures, descriptions, and diagrams. Between this and YouTube, almost any repair is doable in your own garage.
- I found that this book is very explicit and details are enough for repair purposes . Used it already it seems to cover everything good enough.

- Best manual I've used in a long time. Good clear pictures, concise directions, italicized cautions, troubleshooting flowcharts, and color coded wiring diagrams. All good. I used the manual to tear down the top end of my 650 and it went flawlessly. Good job.
- This book has been a huge help, and I've barely gotten in to it. 10/10 will buy a Clymer manual for any bike I get in the future.
